How We Give Back
Put simply, we believe that supporting each other is the right thing to do.
Although the current global and, more importantly and urgently, local economic downturn has brought the need for this support into sharp focus, corporate philanthropy is nothing new to MindWorks. Since our earliest days, we've proudly embraced the belief that giving back to the community is not only kind, but a true responsibility.
A core part of our culture is the annual donation of 10% of our gross revenue to organizations who are truly making a difference in our world. These gifts come in the form of cash and services, as well as contribution matching and monthly paid time off for employees to participate in charitable efforts. Even as we've enjoyed growth in the face of a fiscal slowdown, our commitment to give back has remained steadfast.
